About Us
HILLTOP Is an Residential Care Facility for the ELdelry. Our RCFE sits adjacent to the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, surrounded by a rich natural expanse of trees and flowers. It is our great fortune to be able to operate our facillity in such a remarkably peaceful and lush setting.
Our facility provides a warm, secure, and cozy home. Residents receive temporary or long-term care with night supervision. Our staff specializes in the care of clients with dementia, Alzheimer's , hospice and other special needs.
Our Staff
Hilltop's administrator and founder, Janet Luna, is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with over fifteen years' experience as a RCFE administrator.Our staff receives continuous training and is highly experienced with physical and mental impairments. Your family member will rarely have to leave us for more specialized care.
Hilltop is licensed with Dementia and Hospice Waivers from the State of California. At the end stages of life, our staff continues to give supportive care and works with the Hospice team as appropriate.
We have found over the years that residents greatly benefit from our individual and group relationships. We maintain ongoing communicaton with doctors, nurses, physical therapists, dieticians and pharmacists. We can be present at medical appoitments upon request.
